Rachel Cravotta has had a natural eye for organization and design for as long as she can remember. Growing up in Arlington, Massachusetts, she was the kid rearranging her bedroom furniture, color-coding belongings, and finding creative ways to make spaces function better. That instinct for seeing the possibilities in a space has stayed with her throughout her life.

Rachel studied Communications at Northeastern University and spent several years working as a radio producer before eventually turning her lifelong love of organization and design into a career as a professional organizer.

Rachel has a unique ability to create order from chaos, combining organization, design and function to develop thoughtful systems that are both beautiful and practical. She also has extensive knowledge of organizing products and storage solutions and loves finding just the right solution for a challenging space. As someone who describes herself as “neurosparkly,” Rachel brings a creative, energetic, and intuitive approach to her work. She understands that no two people think, live, or use their homes in exactly the same way, so she focuses on creating organizing systems that are tailored to each client and how they naturally live.

Rachel particularly enjoys transforming spaces so they not only look beautiful but also function effortlessly. She brings warmth, creativity and a strong attention to detail to every project, with the goal of making clients’ homes feel calmer, easier, and more enjoyable to live in.

Rachel is also actively involved with the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals and currently serves as President of the NAPO New England chapter. Outside of organizing, Rachel enjoys spending time with her teenage twins and friends, getting outdoors, especially on a paddleboard, and tackling home renovation projects.
