With more than 15 years of professional organizing experience, she specializes in helping discerning clients navigate large, detail-oriented projects with ease, discretion, and calm expertise. From coordinating multi-home moves and large clean-outs to managing storage spaces and household transitions, Marcia is known for making even the most overwhelming situations feel organized and manageable.
An expert at coordinating large-scale organizing and move projects, Marcia seamlessly manages timelines, vendors, tradespeople, movers, appraisers, donation resources, auction houses, consignments, and the many moving parts that come with major life transitions. She also works closely with clients to identify valuable items and help facilitate the consignment, sale, or auction of furniture, antiques, artwork, and household belongings that are no longer needed.
As a mother of five, Marcia has mastered the art of multitasking and simplifying life. She and her family live by the mantra: “Keep what matters most, and let go of the rest.” Editing and streamlining come naturally to her, and she brings that same thoughtful approach to every project—whether organizing a single closet, reimagining a kitchen, or overseeing an entire household transition.
Marcia discovered her passion for professional organizing when a fellow organizer recognized her natural talent and invited her to assist on a project. That experience sparked a fulfilling new career, allowing her lifelong love of order to blend seamlessly with her role as a busy mom.
Before organizing professionally, Marcia earned her B.S. in Business and Marketing from Providence College and worked in Washington, D.C. as a program manager for a major telecommunications company. There, she developed extensive expertise in logistics, project management, and vendor coordination—skills she now applies daily while managing moves, coordinating household projects, and helping clients through significant life changes. Her ultimate goal is always the same: to reduce stress and create calm, functional, and inspiring spaces where clients can truly feel at home.
Outside of work, Marcia enjoys upcycling furniture, exploring design trends, hosting gatherings, and maintaining cherished family traditions. Whether she’s styling a home, coordinating a move, or helping a client simplify years of belongings, Marcia brings warmth, energy, creativity, and precision to everything she does.
