Client Services Manager | Organizer Liaison

Karen is a natural organizer with a talent for transforming cluttered, overwhelming spaces into calm, functional environments that promote greater productivity and peace of mind. After several years working hands-on as a professional organizer, Karen transitioned into her role as Client Services Manager and Organizer Liason, where she helps guide clients through the organizing process and thoughtfully matches them with the right organizer based on their personality, goals, and unique needs.
Her warm, approachable nature and strong understanding of both clients and organizers make her especially skilled at creating successful, supportive working relationships. Karen still enjoys working directly with clients on select organizing projects as well.
Growing up in a military family, Karen learned early on the importance of staying organized to make frequent relocations easier, and she enjoys using those lifelong skills to help clients create more manageable and peaceful homes.
Since earning her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Bentley University, Karen has worked as an administrator and marketer for companies both large and small, including serving as assistant to the CEO of a 500-person supplies business. She also has extensive experience supporting individuals and families living with Autism, ADHD, and OCD, helping create customized systems that work with — not against — the way their brains function.
Outside of work, Karen pursues her passion for health and fitness and is also a certified personal trainer. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves meeting and connecting with people from different cultures around the world.
