client services managerWe are pleased to announce that long-time Organizing Boston team member and lead professional organizer, Kate Altieri has taken on the role of Client Services Manager. Kate’s objective is to better serve our clients and maintain our commitment to offering the best customer service in the organizing industry.

As Client Services Manager, Kate will support our professional organizers as they work with our clients, adding an additional layer of service to further cement our reputation for providing excellent customer care. Kate will also be available to our clients to answer questions, offer support and guidance and ensure that they are completely satisfied with the services they’ve received. Kate will support the Organizing Boston team and clients in tandem to ensure that every organizing project goes smoothly and seamlessly.

supportPrior to this role, Kate served as Organizing Boston’s lead organizer for over eight years. With her extensive knowledge of organizing techniques and products, she was able to handle any organizing project, large or small. Now, with her combined background in management and her years of experience in organizing, Kate will make sure that our client’s organizing goals are always achieved.

Often, sought after for her knowledge and expertise, Kate frequently lectures on organizing and time management. She recently appeared on NECN, offering Back to School Organizing Tips. She has also appeared on several other television programs, including the hit television series, “Hoarding: Buried Alive” on TLC.

Kate holds a B.A. in Management from Simmons College and is a member of the National Association of Profession Organizers (NAPO).

    Congratulations Kate! You worked wonders with all my problems, organized my move and the packing and unpacking. I still use all of the things you have taught me even if my paperwork has back slipped a bit (at least in one basket vs. a whole room)!
