Holly Juliano brings a thoughtful, compassionate, and practical approach to professional organizing, helping clients create spaces that feel functional, calm, and supportive of everyday life. She specializes in decluttering and home organization, move management, closets, kitchens, and family and children’s areas.

After spending over a decade in corporate Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Holly felt a strong desire to transition into professional organizing—a field that combined her love of problem-solving with her passion for creating organized, productive spaces. She has always enjoyed the decluttering and organizing process that comes with life’s changing seasons and finds great satisfaction in helping others maximize storage, improve flow, and make their homes work better for them.

Holly especially enjoys working with families and children, finding it deeply fulfilling to make a tangible impact on how people experience their homes day to day. Her collaborative and intuitive style allows her to create customized systems that are both practical and sustainable. Clients often appreciate her calming presence, thoughtful communication, and structured yet flexible approach to every project.

As a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO), Holly brings professionalism, attention to detail, and strong project management skills to her work. Her favorite projects are those that allow her to optimize multiple spaces throughout a home to improve functionality and support daily routines.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys staying active through strength training, yoga, and walking. She is also a proud mom to her elementary school-aged son and an active volunteer at his school.

Her favorite organizing advice: Decluttering and organizing can take time, patience, and persistence—be sure to celebrate your progress!
