Rebecca Rowles joined Organizing Boston in 2025 after years of helping friends and family create more organized, functional homes. With a calm, supportive approach and a natural eye for creating order, professional organizing became a natural extension of the work she already loved doing.
Rebecca specializes in decluttering and organizing spaces in ways that feel practical, functional, and easy to maintain. She especially enjoys organizing kitchens, closets, garages, sheds, and craft rooms, as well as fine-tuning living spaces using what clients already have. She is also especially handy and enjoys helping with furniture assembly, picture hanging, and small household projects that help spaces feel complete, functional, and pulled together.
Before becoming a professional organizer, Rebecca spent 21 years working in program coordination for the federal government, where she developed strong skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, and managing complex details. She is also a Certified Professional Coach and an active member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals.
Rebecca is passionate about helping homes feel more peaceful, functional, and supportive of the people living in them. Clients appreciate her upbeat, positive personality and her calm, judgment-free approach. She believes organizing should feel collaborative and tailored to each client’s individual needs and lifestyle.
One of Rebecca’s favorite types of projects is transforming cluttered garages into functional spaces for cars, tools, storage, and home projects. She loves the dramatic before-and-after transformations and the sense of relief clients feel when a difficult space finally becomes manageable again.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys cooking healthy meals for family, working on small garden makeovers, and spending time with her grandson. She also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mali, West Africa, and once trekked in the Himalayas.
Her favorite organizing advice: Everything has a place, and tackle decluttering one thing at a time.
